Sitting with a coffee and enjoying the beautiful hills of greenery was a highlight. the cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed, including complimentary biscuits, tea, coffee, and chocolate drinks. the beds were comfortable, and the living room with the electric fire was perfect for cozy family evenings playing board games.

Access to the property was a challenge, as the parking garage was up steep steps at the top of the back garden. Our large people carrier didn't fit in the garage, and there was no parking allowed on the narrow street outside.

We'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Plus, the location was excellent, and the free parking, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV were an added bonus. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

The value for money at Ava Lily Cottage was excellent, and the room was cozy and well-decorated. The location in Tideswell was beautiful, with stunning views from the garden. The staff, especially Louise, were attentive and made us feel welcome.
